Australian-born pastry chef Gareth Williams brings more than two decades of experience across leading kitchens in Australia and London, with a focus on artisan baking, laminated pastry, and seasonal desserts. With a career spanning restaurants, boutique bakeries, and his own ventures, Gareth is known for his disciplined, craft-led approach where patience, precision, and technique are at the heart of every creation. During his time on island, Gareth will be working closely with Kokomo’s culinary team, with the possibility of sharing elements of his craft with guests through a series of relaxed, informal moments across the experience.
