Kokocabana Pool Club

Kokocabana Pool Club sits at the centre of the island, opening onto the guest pool and surrounding landscape.

Under the direction of Chef Enzo, the offering draws on Italian and Mediterranean traditions dishes shaped by heritage, seasonality, and a respect for provenance. The newly designed open kitchen brings this to life, with a Josper grill, dry agers, a dedicated butcher’s block for house-prepared cold cuts, and a wood-fired oven delivering pizzas that nod to Napoli in both craft and character.

The kitchen itself has been thoughtfully extended, introducing a dedicated space for in-villa dining preparation. Here, cold press juicers, an espresso machine with ethically sourced Fijian coffee beans, and an array of state-of-the-art equipment ensure that what is served privately within each villa reflects the same precision and quality found in the restaurant.

The arrival experience has been reimagined more open, more connected, balancing Fijian influences with a sense of quiet refinement. Natural light moves easily through the space, with views across the pool and surrounding jungle from every seat.

For moments of pause, the Sports Lounge offers a relaxed, well-appointed setting to follow global events and live sport, seamlessly connecting the rhythm of the island with the world beyond it.
