Born in Acerra, just outside Naples, Enzo Maione brings the soul of southern Italy to Kokocabana. His food is more than flavour, it’s memory. Inspired by long tables, shared meals, and the rituals of Italian life, Enzo draws from the island’s freshest seafood and produce to create hand-stretched pizzas, house made pastas, and woodfired dishes that are equal parts generous and grounded. At Kokocabana, it’s all about connection - through food, family, and flavour.
