All rates are quoted in US dollars excluding current prevailing government taxes. Government taxes are subject to change and will be applied at the rate in effect at the time of travel, regardless of the date of booking or payment. Current government taxes, as at September 1 2026, comprise VAT 12.5% and Tourism Services Tax 5%.
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is prior to 11:00am.
Access to the island is by seaplane or helicopter and is subject to daylight operating hours, weather conditions and aviation safety requirements. Should your transfer be disrupted by weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will assist where possible in arranging alternative travel, however, any associated costs remain guest’s responsibility, and we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Schedules for our Shared Aviation Transfer service are carefully planned by the Kokomo Aviation Team in accordance with daily operational requirements throughout the day. Guests will be advised of their allocated departure time by our island team.
For same-day arrivals to Kokomo, guests should ensure their inbound flight arrives into Nadi by 3:00pm.
For departures from Kokomo, check-in for all shared aviation transfers closes 30 minutes prior to departure. To ensure a smooth onward journey, we recommend booking departing flights from Nadi no earlier than midday.
Private transfers can also be arranged from alternate destinations within Fiji.
